The app downloads free and you can look around all of it. The subscription is what lets you stream with it.
Billing
Questions before you pay
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. From your dashboard you open the billing portal and cancel it yourself. No lock-in and no penalty; you keep access until the period you already paid for runs out.
Does Ultra give me the Android app?
No. Magic Mobile has its own $4.99/month subscription, on purpose. You use the same account on both, but each platform keeps its own profiles and its own access.
Are the games charged separately?
No. The minigames and the video and image pack libraries are included as long as your subscription is active. There are no one-off purchases inside the app.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your profiles, alerts and assets stay saved, but they stop running until you renew. Nothing gets deleted.
How do I get on the Agency plan?
It's for creators who are part of the agency: access is enabled from your agency account, it isn't for sale. If you're interested in joining, apply and we'll walk you through the requirements.
Which payment methods do you take?
Payments run through Stripe: international credit and debit cards. Billing is in US dollars and renews every month.
